“ I just want to say that I dont leave reviews much because Im very busy. But I had the best experience where with DianaDiane. I came to Panera because I was feeling light headed and nauseous after donating plasma. I walked in and tried to order and I immediately felt light headed and I went to sit down. I didnt get to order because I was feeling so sick. But J went up again after a few minutes and I was able to make it back up there and make my order on the tablet. I was blacking out from low blood pressure and I was struggling to walk and DianaDiane My vision was blurry immediately came over to me and offered me an orange juice and asked about my order and brought my food out immediately. She asked what was wrong and told me to drink the orange juice slowly and that she notified her manager about me. I am very grateful that she was there and that she helped me because I dont think I would have made it home without her. I tipped her 40, and she could have kept it for herself but she put it in the tip pool and that reflects what type of person she is. Im thankful for her and the service I received that day was beyond remarkable. ”
